Mosh refreshes its KSM-66 and Cognizin-powered plant-based bar in three new flavors

Refreshed Mosh Plant Based Bar

Mosh has refreshed and relaunched the plant-based side of its functional line, reintroducing its brain and body fuel, Plant Based Mosh Bar. The goal of the alternative product is much the same as the core version, and that is to provide protein and nootropic ingredients for focus and cognition. The protein is lower in the vegan-friendly option, but not by much, where you get 11g of protein instead of 12g.

The key difference between the regular Mosh Bar and Mosh Plant Based Bar is the sources of protein. While the former has whey concentrate and isolate, and milk isolate for its 12g of protein per piece, the latter relies on pea protein. The calorie balance is about the same as well, where you get 18g of carbohydrates in Mosh Plant Based, 2g of that sugar and 6g fiber, 10g of fat, and a calorie count of 160.

Of course, all of the quality nootropic components are in the Most Plant Based Bar too, with the multi-study backed KSM-66 Ashwagandha, lion’s mane, and the increasingly popular Cognizin citicoline. You can get the refreshed Most Plant Based on its website for a currently discounted $35.19 a box, in three all-new flavors with Hazelnut Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chip Cookie, and Peanut Chocolate Chip.
