XXL makes life that little bit easier by combining whey, oats and flavor in the one product

Xxl Nutrition Instant Protein Oats

Not all functional foods are about squeezing extra protein or lower calories into something you wouldn’t expect; a lot of the time, it is true to the name, and more about bringing as much functionality as possible to a product. That can result in a two or more-in-one approach, similar to what the European giant XXL Nutrition has just brought to market in Instant Protein Oats, which is a straightforward mix of protein powder and nutritious oatmeal.

XXL Nutrition doesn’t do anything beyond the name of one of its newest innovations, Instant Protein Oats, providing plenty of protein from whey concentrate and clean carbohydrates from oat flakes. The two wholesome foods are commonly put together anyway, but here the brand saves you a step. The nutrition breakdown is led by 13.4g of protein in a 50g serving, 20.4g of carbohydrates, just 2.5g of that sugar, 7.4g of fat, and 203 calories.

Instant Protein Oats is precisely what you’d expect from the name and XXL Nutrition, but that’ is very much’s exactly the point. The popular European competitor has simply made life easier and more efficient, and you can get your hands on it from the brand’s website in large bags of one kilogram in five flavors, such as Strawberry Raspberry, and Apple Cinnamon.
