Big Man puts creatine in its newest protein but only 450mg per serving

Bigman Nutrition Forza Protein

Forza Protein Powder is the newest supplement from Spanish brand Bigman Nutrition, the first significant innovation from the brand in quite some time. This is most definitely not the brand’s only competitor in the saturated category of protein powder; it has a long list of others. That includes Ultimate Whey Protein, Multi Phase Whey Protein, Zero Isolate Whey, Casein Pro Micellar, Sequence Whey, and the plant-powerd Vegan Protein Blend.

What Bigman Nutrition has done in Forza Protein to make it something different from all of those others is to throw in a few extra features and ingredients. At its core, the supplement is a source of protein, combining soy isolate and whey concentrate for 24g of protein per serving, under 2g of carbohydrates, half a gram of fat, and just less than 110 calories. The menu also has five to choose from, with the likes of White Chocolate and Caramel.

Where Forza Protein Powder separates itself from the pack is that Bigman Nutrition has infused it with classic creatine monohydrate and MCTs. The dosages on those bonuses aren’t great, with just 450mg of creatine per serving, which is less than one tenth of a full 5g daily amount. It would’ve been nicer to maybe have no MCTs and at least a gram of creatine, but it is what it is, and Forza Protein is available now in large 2.1kg tubs.
