FitAid puts a heavy hit of electrolytes in its stick pack supplement with close to 3g a serving

Fitaid Hydrate

The beverage behemoth LifeAid, or FitAid as the brand name, is very much known for its functional drinks supporting all sorts of health and wellness benefits, as well as strength with an infusion of creatine and, of course, caffeine for energy. Under the FitAid banner, the company does have a few supplements available, originally in stick packs, but more recently, it got deeper into that format with a bunch of standalone items.

This month, LifeAid has rolled out another powder product in the convenient stick pack style in FitAid Hydrate. It is the popular brand’s entry into the hydration space, and it has packed a huge set of electrolytes. The innovation features half a gram of potassium, well over a gram of chloride, 600mg of sodium, and a hit of magnesium, for a combined total of 2.645g of electrolytes, which is one of the highest dosages you’ll find.

Most hydration supplements, even in the specialized sports nutrition industry, range from about half a gram to 1.5g of combined electrolytes per serving. LifeAid’s FitAid Hydrate really stands out as one of the few products we know of that goes north of 2g, and is actually closer to 3g. You can buy it directly from the brand’s website in boxes of 30 stick packs at $29.99 in Watermelon Wave and Pink Himalayan Lemonade flavors.
