Consistently expanding NutriYummy makes a protein pancake mix but with higher carbs

Nutriyummy Protein Pancake Mix

NutriYummy Nutrition, one of the few sports nutrition companies we know of in Greece, has been moving quite a bit recently, introducing a whole host of innovations across the industry, and the latest is for the European strong functional space. Protein Pancake Mix is the newest entry in the brand’s catalog, and it is very much like the many other high-protein pancake items in that part of the world, where you combine it with water to make protein pancake batter.

The nutrition profile of NutriYummy Nutrition’s Protein Pancake leads with 15g of the muscle-building macronutrient in a 50g serving, coming from the recipe’s use of whole egg white, milk, and whey protein. You can double that serving for a more respectable amount of protein, but there is a tradeoff. The carbohydrates in the supplement are up there at 24.9g in the 50g serving, under 3g of that sugar, less than 2g of fat, and a calorie count of 176.

Basically, you can scale Protein Pancake from NutriYummy Nutrition, although with 66% more carbohydrates than protein, the former will go much higher than the latter. To turn it into protein-rich pancakes, all you need to do is shake it up with water and throw it in the frying pan. The latest innovation from NutriYummy is now available in Europe, specifically Greece, for around €17 a bag, and it comes in Cookies & Cream and classic Chocolate.
