As big as Premier Protein is, it has been moving quickly these last couple of years, we just witnessed the launch of its Almond-Milk Protein Shake, then before that, we got the decadent and delicious Indulgence Series of the Premier Protein Shake. The widely available brand is known for its drinks and snacks, but does have traditional bulk powder supplements, including a protein powder that has just landed itself a spin-off.
Premier Protein Powder Plus Fiber has been revealed, which relies on the same sources as the previously released Premier Protein Powder with whey isolate and concentrate. In the brand’s latest innovation, they come together to provide 25g of protein per serving, 1.5g of fat, 130 calories, and a high 10g of carbohydrates. The carbs are high for a reason, as per the name of this supplement, it comes with added prebiotic fiber.
Of the 10g of carbohydrates in Premier Protein Powder Plus Fiber, 7g is soluble fiber, combining the many benefits of protein with support for digestion and gut health. As mentioned, it is very much exactly what it’s titled: whey protein powder plus fiber. It is launching soon in two flavors to start, so not much less than the regular Premier Protein Powder, with traditional Chocolate and Vanilla in smaller 697g tubs of about 17 servings.
