Quick Pump Supplements, more briefly known as QP Supplements, is a rather refreshing new brand in the world of sports nutrition that makes two pre-workouts and prides itself on being incredibly simple, reliable, and efficacious. The growing brand has two products on the market, again, both of them are stimulant-backed pre-workouts with Slapped and its smaller, lighter dosed sibling, Boost.
When we say simple, we genuinely mean it, as QP Supplements has just three main ingredients in both Slapped and Boost, and the only thing separating them is the dosages of those three components. Slapped is the brand’s flagship, and it comes with 9g of citrulline malate at a two-to-one citrulline to malic acid ratio to support muscle pumps. The other two entries in the formula are 4.5g of beta-alanine for performance and 375mg of caffeine for energy.

Boost is those same three ingredients at lower dosages, not exactly scaled down but lower, with 5g of citrulline malate, 3.2g of beta-alanine, and 200mg of caffeine. Regardless of which supplement you go with, they have plenty of room to scale, for example, if you go with a heaping scoop of Slapped, you’ll have some of the heightened dosages of premium pre-workouts like 10 to 11g of citrulline malate and over 400mg of caffeine.
In an industry where most pre-workouts have many of the same main ingredients and dosages, it’s refreshing to see what QP Supplements brings to the table in Slapped and Boost. The young and growing brand is also very proud of its approach, with the tagline on its label “Powered By Simplicity”. The prices are a bit higher than expected but surprisingly not as separated, with Slapped at $49.99 and Boost at $44.99, both packing 30 servings a tub.
