Stone Mountain brings an outdoor approach to sports nutrition in its debut pre-workout

Stone Mountain Supplements High Caliber

Newcomers hit the supplement industry on an almost daily basis, and the best part about that is we get new takes and approaches to the business and various categories. Stone Mountain is one of the latest names getting in the mix and is officially launching in a few days on August 1st. The brand is focusing heavily on outdoor performance and activity, making its debut with a pre-workout that’s for the gym as well as the mountains, forests, and fields.

High Caliber will be the first product out of the gates for Stone Mountain Supplements, and you can see there is a bit of a different strategy at play here, or at least in the variety of benefits. The formula starts with a solid amount of electrolytes in 570mg of sodium, half a gram of potassium, and a huge 1.3g of chloride. That is an electrolyte total well over 2g to keep fluid balance in check while working out or working through heat, elevation, or rugged terrain.

Another interesting feature of Stone Mountain’s upcoming High Caliber pre-workout is elderberry at an efficacious 500mg per serving for its immune support and protection abilities. Outside of that, you get a host of typical pre-workout components, including 5g of HydroPrime and 1.5g of Nitrosigine for muscle pumps, then theanine, a gram of tyrosine, and 800mg of alpha-gpc for focus. It’s all capped off with 300mg of caffeine for some reliable energy.

The electrolytes in High Caliber certainly set it apart, as while many brands do include them in their pre-workout, it’s never to a serious extent where it could replace an actual hydration product. With over 2g of electrolytes, Stone Mountain Supplements gives you that option plus plenty of pump support and enhanced focus. You’ll be able to get your hands on High Caliber direct later this week at $54.99 in three flavors, and more products are coming.
