Juice Protein was actually the first-ever protein powder from Brazilian brand Vitaminar, which was quite surprising considering most usually go the traditional milkshake route before taking the clear and refreshing approach. While the sports nutrition company didn’t take that route initially, it has now, with the introduction of Chocolate Protein, which is the type of protein supplement we’re more used to seeing.
Vitaminar’s all-new Chocolate Protein is indeed a more classic competitor in the saturated protein powder category, featuring a rich, decadent, milk chocolate flavor profile. On the inside however, it is the same formula as you get in Juice Protein. It relies on whey concentrate and hydrolyzed collagen for 24g of protein per serving, 1.6g of carbohydrates, 1.3g of fat, and 114 calories; the same as you get Juice Protein.
Chocolate Protein is the second-ever protein powder from Vitaminar, but again, only by name, as it is the same on the inside as Juice Protein in terms of functionality and benefits. The Brazilian brand is celebrating the chocolate-flavored supplement’s launch with a sale, where it is almost half price, far lower than Juice Protein’s Strawberry of Passion Fruit flavors at R$180 (32.60 USD) for a 450g bottle.
