Avvatar introduces a cost-effective whey concentrate-only protein powder

Avvatar Fuel Whey

We had only featured the Indian brand Avvatar at Stack3d regarding its protein bars, specifically the light and crunchy Protein Wafer Bar, but it does also have a huge selection of protein powders. Similar to other competitors in the country, Avvatar has a wide range from Whey Protein and Alpha Whey to Muscle Gainer and ISOrich. The brand is stepping up to the plate yet again this month, introducing another competitor in that category with Fuel Whey.

The catch with Avvatar’s Fuel Whey protein powder is that it is not a blend like Whey Protein or Alpha Whey, which have a couple of sources. This one is just straight whey concentrate, making it the most cost-effective entry in the space the brand has to offer. Fuel Whey packs 25g of protein per serving, all from concentrate, a very high 9.5g of carbohydrates, all of that sugar, which shoots up the serving size all the way to 40g, 2g of fat, and a calorie count of 156.

Avvatar has four flavors available for Fuel Whey protein powder right out of the gate in Belgian Chocolate, Caramel Creme, Chocolate Hazelnut, and Cold Coffee, authentically made with actual coffee powder. As expected with exclusively whey concentrate in the supplement, the value of Fuel Whey is strong at ₹3799 (43.36 USD) for a 2kg tub, although keep in mind, a lot of it is not protein, as of that 2,000g of powder, you only get 50 complete servings.
