EVL reworks its higher energy pre-workout RPM with greater focus and endurance

Evl Rpm 2025

A few years ago, the long-running and ever-reliable sports nutrition brand EVL launched a second stimulant-based pre-workout named RPM. It is separate from its original competitor in the saturated category with ENGN, with some clear points of difference. Compared to ENGN, RPM has a stronger focus on stimulating ingredients for energy and focus, and neither of the classic pre-workout components, beta-alanine or creatine.

Sometime recently, EVL decided to revamp RPM, keeping a lot of those original points of difference but shifting it into a more robust and higher-dose supplement. While there is still no creatine in the 2025 edition of the product, there is beta-alanine at its full 1.6g in each of its 45 servings. That gives you a full 3.2g if you decide to juice up the pre-workout and throw down two servings, which also elevates all of the other active ingredients.

In addition to beta-alanine, EVL’s revamped RPM pre-workout comes with 2g of taurine, in that two-scoop serving, a gram each of tyrosine and choline bitartrate for enhanced focus, 2g of betaine, and a potent half a gram of caffeine. That is a lot of caffeine, although with that amount being what you get in two scoops, you can, of course, stick to just one and bring the intensity down to a still respectably strong 250mg.

The original RPM pre-workout had the more traditional 30 servings per tub, and while that would mean you’d only get 15 workouts if you double up, EVL has increased the serving count to 45 this time around. What’s even more interesting and exciting for fans is that despite all of the changes the brand has put the supplement through — ingredients, dosages, and servings — the price has been made $1 cheaper to $38.99 per tub.
