Feisty sets its protein soda apart with an all-natural and plant-based approach

Feisty Protein Soda

Canned and carbonated protein drinks are showing up all over the show these days, alongside the many different functional companies that have been putting extra protein into familiar foods and formats. Feisty is a protein beverage in the United Kingdom that has been around for more than a year, with its signature Protein Soda. The still relatively young brand set itself apart in many ways, including the look, feel, vibe, marketing, formula, and experience.

The Feisty Protein Soda comes with 10g of protein in a slim and sleek 330ml can, and the interesting part about the protein is that it’s completely plant-based and vegan-friendly. The creative company uses hydrolyzed pea and rice protein, not traditional whey or even collagen, and the rest of the nutrition is still nice and lean. The protein sits beside 5g of carbohydrates, just under half of that sugar, practically no fat, and a calorie count well under 100 in the 60s.

The carbohydrates come from Feisty’s use of fruit juice concentrate, ensuring you get an authentic and completely natural taste in each of its rather intricate recipes. Currently available for the brand’s signature Protein Soda are White Peach Nectarine, Sour Cherry Blackout, Green Apple and Lime, and a limited Sicilian Lemon Lime.

In its short time on the market, Feisty Protein Soda has found its way into a number of notable retailers in its home country of the United Kingdom, at the likes of Harrods, Whole Foods Market, and the giant Selfridges. You can also buy directly from the brand’s online store, where a pack of nine cans will cost you £23.60, shoot up for a pack of a dozen to save a bit at £28.20, or if you’d prefer to sample each of the permanent flavors, there is a variety pack.
