BioSteel finally released its long-awaited Clean Healthy Protein Drink three months ago, delivering a straightforward and nutritious ready-to-drink option. Each 414ml bottle packs 30g of protein from milk concentrate, minimal carbohydrates at 2 to 4g with only a gram of that sugar, 1g of fat, and 130 calories. The drink launched in Chocolate Milkshake and Vanilla Milkshake flavors, priced online at $48 (34.66 USD) for a case of 18 bottles.
In the last few weeks, BioSteel has followed through on its promise by rolling out the Clean Healthy Protein Drink into Costco warehouses across Canada. The product there is identical in nutrition, size, and formulation to what you get everywhere else, although the warehouse chain currently carries only Vanilla, not Chocolate. The more important difference is pricing, as Costco has the 18-piece box for about 17% less at $39.99 (28.88 USD).
