Fit & Lean takes on clear protein with an all-natural whey and collagen-based entry

Fit And Lean Clear Protein

The more health and wellness sister brand of legacy names MHP and MuscleMeds, Fit & Lean, has stepped into the world of clear protein powder with the simply named Fit & Lean Clear Protein. The supplement steps outside of the usual recipe for this sort of thing, as it doesn’t get all of its protein from whey isolate; instead, it has a blend that’s mostly whey isolate and then the multi-benefit hydrolyzed bovine collagen.

The nutrition profile of Fit & Lean’s Clear Protein is as clean as you can get, which isn’t surprising with the protein sources it has in there. Every serving promises 20g of protein, and again, that’s from high-quality whey isolate and some from the incomplete source of collagen. We don’t know the exact split of whey to collagen, but it’s safe to say you get plenty of both since whey is the primary source, and you get the signature zero carbohydrates and fat of collagen.

There are only 80 calories per serving of Fit & Lean’s Clear Protein, which, as mentioned, is as clean as you can get when looking at the whole protein-to-calorie ratio. The brand has also worked to make it free of any artificial flavor, colors, or sweeteners, using stevia and monk fruit for taste. There are two options for the launch of Fit & Lean’s first-ever clear protein, and they are both fruit-based in Blue Raspberry and Citrus Lime.
