For just a little bit more efficacy, the brand has also tossed in vitamin D3 at 15mcg and to improve absorption, a light 2.5mg of black pepper, all coming together to support muscle strength, growth, performance, and recovery in one product.
HealthFarm’s Creatine + HMB does cost a bit more than your standard standalone creatine, although that is the point with these two-ingredient creatines; you pay a bit more to get a bit more support in creatine’s specialized area of muscle building. The supplement has debuted in three fruity flavors, none of them unflavored, for easier stacking in Strawberry Peach, Pine Mango, and Orange Passion, and for a tub of 60 servings, you’ll pay ₹809 (9.11 USD).
