Myoplex gets on the creatine gummy trend with heart-shaped pieces

Myoplex Creatine Gummy Plex

Brazilian brand Myoplex has jumped on the trend of creatine gummies, although it has put a bit of a fun twist on the supplement. At its core, the product claims to be very the same as many others out there, giving you 1.5g of classic creatine monohydrate per gummy to support muscle strength, growth, and performance. That means if you have two, you’ll get 3g or throw down three, and you’ll get close to that full dosage of 5g of creatine.

Where the twist comes in with Myoplex’s Gummy Plex is the shape of the soft, squishy, and tasty gummy candies. Instead of putting them in the typical rounded top or even stubby cylinder shape, the brand has produced them in the shape of a heart. They are red, which is fitting obviously with the shape, but also because they come in the one flavor with a straightforward strawberry for a sweet and enjoyable way to get your daily dose of creatine.

The price on the edible creatine supplement is on the premium side of things, especially with how much creatine you get in total. Again, the product has 1.5g of creatine monohydrate per piece, and there are 60 in total, giving you 20 servings at 4.5g each. The direct cost is R$169 (31.35 USD), a big step up from standalone creatine in Brazil.
