Ghost and Sour Strips have also made a unique sour candy flavor of clear protein

Rainbow Sour Strips Ghost Clear Whey

Just an hour ago, we confirmed that Ghost is, of course, bringing back its authentic flavor series in collaboration with Maxx Chewning and his popular candy company, Sour Strips. In that first story, it was revealed that the brand is bringing back its Rainbow Sour Strips Ghost Energy Drink and Ghost Legend. For the first time, the colorful sour candy flavor is also being launched for the recovery-supporting Ghost BCAA.

While we thought Ghost might be done with its Sour Strips collaboration announcements, it has one more tucked up its sleeve, and this is even more of a surprise than BCAA. There is indeed a fourth product in the 2025 Ghost x Sour Strips partnership, and it is for a category where you almost never see candy flavors. Coming to market next week alongside all of the others is a Rainbow Sour Strips Ghost Clear Whey Protein.

The light and refreshing Ghost Clear Whey Protein only became a permanent product a few months ago, in Blue Raspberry, Orange Cream, and Strawberry Watermelon. Sour Strips is temporarily coming on board that menu as a very different experience but still packing quality macros at 25g of protein per serving from whey isolate. The protein powder is dropping the same time as all of the other Sour Strips products, with slightly different availability in that it’ll be exclusive to GNC and direct in the US and Europe.
