The Man Shake puts creatine in its hydration product but doesn’t say how much

The Man Shake Hydrate Recover

The Man Shake in Australia has done a great job expanding well beyond its original meal replacement supplement, obviously marketed towards men. There are now two other lines from the company for other audiences in The Lady Shake and The Kids Shake, with all of them having far more products to choose from than just meal replacement. New to The Man Shake family this month is another entry into another category with Hydrate+Recover.

The newly released The Man Shake Hydrate+Recover is indeed a hydration innovation with a light amount of electrolytes at a combined 367mg, which is less than 15% of the total you get in the PRVN Hydration we just posted about. It’s very clearly not a huge amount, although The Man Shake has added a little something else by way of creatine monohydrate for strength, performance, and recovery, although it doesn’t say how much you get.

A serving of Hydrate+Recover is 5g, so with the electrolytes, we know for sure that The Man Shake doesn’t give you the complete 5g dosage of creatine, either way, it is important to know how much you get to ensure it’s efficacious. The cost of the hybrid supplement isn’t that expensive at $33 (21.99 USD) for a tub of less than a month’s supply at 25 servings, in your choice of two flavors with Orange Mango and a sweet Raspberry.
