UFIT introduces its take on a breakfast smoothie with milk, oat flour and 28g of protein

Ufit Brekkie Shake

UFIT is a household name when it comes to health and nutrition in the United Kingdom, with its many different drinks and foods being available in convenience stores, as well as big box retailers and supermarkets. The brand does a great job delivering exactly what you’d expect in each of its offerings, with high-protein and reasonable-calorie bars, puddings, and shakes with varying levels of protein and overall nutrition balance.

Over 1,000 Sainsbury’s supermarkets have been treated to something completely new from UFIT here in September, introducing the UFIT Brekkie Shake. It is more of a meal replacement beverage compared to the brand’s others in the format, led by 28g of protein from milk concentrate. The carbohydrates land at 18g with no added sugar, 7g of fiber, 10g of fat, 288 calories, and an infusion of vitamins for general health.

UFIT Brekkie Shake highlights its point of difference in its name, being the brand’s take on the traditional breakfast smoothie, all packed into a 400ml beverage. Again, it uses milk for the heightened protein and oat flour for an authentic, wholesome brekkie feel. UFIT has debuted the balanced start to your day at Sainsbury’s, with no word on it going anywhere else, and there are two smooth fruity flavors in Banana and Blueberry.
