1st Phorm puts more than twice the electrolytes in its athlete’s specific Hydration Sport

From Stack3d
1st Phorm Hydration Sport

Hydration has firmly cemented itself as a must-have, staple category in sports nutrition, becoming a more popular type of intra-workout supplement than the classic essential amino acid formula or even branched-chain amino acid. Almost every brand in the space has some form of specialized hydration product, and in the case of 1st Phorm, it now has two, as it has just dropped Hydration Sport, separate from the previously released Hydration Daily.

1st Phorm’s newly released Hydration Sport doesn’t have the premium sources of Daily Hydration like TRAACS and DimaCal, but it has a significantly bigger dosage of electrolytes, combining for just shy of 3g of electrolytes. The precise breakdown of the hydration and performance core in Hydration Sport is 100mg of calcium, 300mg of potassium, 30mg of magnesium, 1.2g of sodium, and 1.34g of chloride, ending on a total of 2,970mg of electrolytes.

It is one of the biggest totals of electrolytes you’ll come across, as very rarely do you see brands get anywhere near 3g, but that is the difference maker in 1st Phorm’s newly released Hydration Sport. The already available Hydration Daily has less than half that at 1,430mg, but from some high-end premium sources. Due to that, the cost of Hydration Sport is the same as Daily, where through 1stphorm.com, you’ll pay $35.99 for a box of 20 stick packs.
