1st Phorm has developed an electrolyte-based hydration supplement, although it’s not in your traditional pill or powder format. The popular health and nutrition company has decided to switch things up, similar to what we saw from BioSteel; it has made electrolytes edible or drinkable, depending on how long you wait. The innovation is 1st Phorm Electrolyte Freezer Pop, infused with a few essential minerals while staying nutrition-friendly.
1st Phorm’s Electrolyte Freezer Pop is very true to its name, combining 150mg of sodium and 50mg of potassium, for a moderately combined total of 200mg of electrolytes. It doesn’t quite compare to your standard hydration supplement, even the competitor from 1st Phorm. Again, the brand has kept the product guilt-free nutritionally with absolutely no sugar, a low 2g of carbohydrates all up, and a calorie count of 15 per popsicle.
The supplement company makes five different flavors of its new Electrolyte Freezer Pop, but you can’t purchase them separately; they’re only available in a variety pack of 20 with four of each. The tastes are Grape, Rocket Pop, Cherry Lime, Blue Raspberry, and Watermelon. You can get the functional ice pops straight from the brand’s website at $36, working out to $3 apiece, and you can have them shipped free if you get three plus boxes.
