Big in Spain exploded out of the gate earlier this year with its authentic collaboration with the legendary manga and anime One Piece, dropping flavor after flavor themed around key characters from the franchise. Fans were treated to extensions Only Whey and Creatine based on the likes of Luffy, Usopp, Shanks, and Blackbeard. We’ve got another drop from the One Piece partnership this week and it’s for a whole different product and category.
The creative Big has got together with One Piece and the star of the show, Monkey D. Luffy, and made two special editions flavors of a completely new wafer-style protein bar. It comes with crispy layers of wafer with a flavorfrul cream in between, all wrapped in milk chocolate for a lighter eating experience compared to your standard bar. The nutrition breaks down to 10.5g of protein in a 35g snack, a rather high 6.4 to 7.7g of sugar, and 180 calories.
It’s great to see Big continue its partnership with One Piece, or actually add to it with something quite different from the protein powder and creatine it did, not to mention put together a whole new product. The build is the same across both of its flavors, which are Coconut and Vanilla Yogurt. You can get it first direct from the brand’s website with singles at €2.10 (2.44 USD) or a box of 24 at €50.40, which works out to that same cost of €2.10 apiece.
