BigJoy makes a ready-to-mix protein drink with a bit of added creatine and glutamine

Bigjoy Easy Protein

Turkey’s BigJoy has put together one of the more self-explanatory supplements you’ll come across called Easy Protein. It is indeed a quick, easy, and cost-efficient way to consume protein on the move, and it’s a mix of protein powder and a ready-to-drink bottle. Easy Protein is essentially a screw cap bottle that comes with a serving of protein inside, no water or milk, just an empty bottle and powder with enough room to add about 250ml of liquid.

This is something we’ve seen supplement companies do for pre-workouts, although here, BigJoy and Easy Protein are doing it for protein powder. It is a standard serving of protein at 25g from whey concentrate, 3.3g of carbohydrates, most of that sugar at 2.5g, 2g of fat, and 127 calories. For good measure, BigJoy has also added a blend of vitamins, DigeZyme for digestion, a light 500mg of glutamine, and a gram of classic creatine monohydrate.

The extras in BigJoy’s Easy Protein make it a bit more than your standard protein shake, although nothing is supremely well-dosed, like the gram of creatine, so you’ll still need another source to get your daily 5g dose. Because of the format, Easy Protein doesn’t cost as much as an actual premixed protein RTD, with a pack of 12 coming out at 110₺ (2.63 USD) each.
