Zoomad Labs reapproaches the protein category with two new competitors

Zoomad Labs Moonstruck Protein Powders

Zoomad Labs in Spain, known for its packaging with animal faces bursting out the side, has played around the protein powder category with its traditional competitors WheyZoo and ISOZoo, and the more balanced ZooOats. None of those are listed on the brand’s website anymore, and it seems that has been to make way for two completely new protein supplements that actually bear the name of its pre-workout in Moonstruck Whey Protein and Moonstruck 3-Phase Protein.

Moonstruck Whey is a more straightforward entry, featuring only whey concentrate to provide 24g of protein per serving, around 2g of carbohydrates and fat, 124 calories, and added DigeZyme to improve digestion and gut health. As for Moonstruck 3-Phase Protein, that rolls together slow, moderate, and fast-absorbing sources in micellar casein, whey concentrate and isolate, and soy isolate for a similar 24g of protein, closer to about a gram of carbs and fat, and 114 calories.

Zoomad Labs is essentially taking a different approach with its new Moonstruck protein powders, Moonstruck Whey and Moonstruck 3-Phase Protein, where you can go simply and straightforward or more premium, leaner, and multi-phase. This is different from the simple concentrate and isolate split of the brand’s previous WheyZoo and ISOZoo, and you can buy the new entries in Spain, both sitting under the €40 (46.97 USD) mark with a few flavors to choose from.
