Amino Fuel is the amino cocktail competitor from Applied Nutrition available in the United Kingdom and Europe, and it is all about that title ingredient, packing 11g of combined amino acids. It doesn’t rely entirely on branched-chain amino acids or even essential amino acids, but those are the core features of the supplement. To improve muscle recovery and repair, the product has 2.5g of glutamine plus 8.5g of all nine EAAs.
Applied Nutrition recently decided to bring Amino Fuel over to the North American market, where you can now pick up full-size 30-serving tubs of the recovery-supporting supplement from retailers here in the US as well as Canada. It is pretty much the same formula as that 2.5g infusion of glutamine is still in play, although looking at its label, you don’t get all nine EAAs, as the elusive tryptophan has not been carried over.
Applied Nutrition also has two flavors of Amino Fuel in the US and Canada that are not on the menu in the United Kingdom and Europe, and they’re both delicious collaborations. The brand has teamed up with the powdered drink mix legend Tang for authentic Orange Strawberry and straight Tang Orange flavors.
