Ronnie Coleman Signature Series is a significantly more popular brand internationally than it is here in the US, with great representation and distribution in Europe as well as another major market in South America, particularly Brazil. The brand from the legendary bodybuilder Ronnie Coleman has a different variety of products in that country, and that line has become even more diverse this week with the launch of Yeah Buddy Black.
The newly released Yeah Buddy Black is a more comprehensive pre-workout from Ronnie Coleman Signature Series, featuring a broader spectrum of ingredients compared to the likes of Yeah Buddy and Yeah Buddy Xtreme. That is reflected in the price of the supplement, which is 25% more than the original Yeah Buddy pre-workout at R$199.90 (37.59 USD), although it is currently on sale, all the way down to R$135.70 (25.52 USD).

There are some things you don’t get in this one versus those other pre-workouts, and vice versa, as unlike Yeah Buddy, there is no creatine in Yeah Buddy Black. It still has plenty of other drivers, including arginine at 3g, taurine, tyrosine, 2g of beta-alanine for performance, theanine, chromium, and 200mg of caffeine. You could actually get away with double-dosing this for a more intense experience, as nothing would get concerningly high.
One thing to keep in mind, and we say this all the time with Brazilian brands, is that the rules and regulations there are intense, and you can see that in the domestically made pre-workouts. Yeah Buddy Black is no exception, where it sticks to the ingredients companies are allowed, but still manages to push things a bit. It has a great variety and has your needs covered, from energy and focus to pumps and performance.
