Gym Candy is the delicious protein-packed candy from the entertaining YouTuber Dom Mazzetti of Bro Science Life, and it is damn delicious. Some flavors are a bit better than others, but basically, the brand knows how to deliver a sweet and soft candy-like experience with protein as the primary macro and everything else at a minimum. Gym Candy is looking to level up its game in the very near future with a whole new edible concept far beyond a flavor extension.
The team at Gym Candy has previewed a whole new high-protein candy creation that looks like regular candy on the outside, with a tall mound shape and sugar dusting. It is still packed with protein and low in sugar, but where things get exciting is on the inside, there is a sweet and gooey filling. It adds a whole different texture and consistency to the experience, and presumably flavor as well, where you’ll bite in through a soft gummy exterior and hit a burst of liquid.
Gooey fillings are common in traditional sugar-loaded candy, but not so much on the functional side of things, where the likes of protein, creatine, and other ingredients are brought into the fold. Gummies are already an enjoyable way to get additional benefits, and again, Gym Candy is really stepping things up with this one. We look forward to seeing how it turns out in terms of ingredients and nutrition, and even more interesting give it a try and see just how enjoyable it is.
