Markus Ruhl makes a can of cold corned beef packing 30g of protein

Ruhls Bestes Corned Beef

Europe is home to all sorts of unique and creative functional foods and solutions, and we’re not just talking about the tasty treats reminiscent of candies and desserts. That market has all sorts of ways and concepts to get quality nutrition and meet your daily macro needs, and a lot of them involve real food solutions. Markus Ruhl’s brand Ruhls Bestes has added another one of those offerings this week, and it is one of the rawest methods possible.

Ruhl’s Bestes has revealed and released its own Corned Beef, simply made of beef, gelatin, salt, and a few other flavoring ingredients. As you can imagine, with those ingredients, the nutrition is pretty damn lean, packing 30g of protein per can, 6.75g of fat, 1.38g of carbohydrates, all of that sugar, and a calorie count of 189. If you’re after a quick and convenient product that cuts straight to the protein, Ruhl’s Bestes Corned Beef is something well worth considering.

The protein-to-calorie is one of the best you’ll find, and it’s all real food, so long as you’re okay with cracking open a cold can of beef. The price directly through the official Ruhles Bestes online store is €2.95 (3.42 USD) at a minimum of three cans, and if you pump up to nine cans or more, the cost comes down slightly to €2.75 (3.19 USD) each.
