Ancient adds creatine to its recently released multi-source protein supplement

Ancient Nutrition Multi Protein Creatine

It was only a month or two ago that Ancient Nutrition brought together several different sources of protein to make Multi Protein, which was far more than your standard whey-powered competitor. The supplement does include grass-fed whey concentrate as well as hydrolyzed bovine collagen, beef and chicken bone broth, fish collagen, A2 milk protein, and even a dash of colostrum. Despite already being quite a complete offering, Ancient has expanded upon that concept with Multi Protein + Creatine.

Simply put, Ancient Nutrition’s newly released Multi Protein + Creatine has all of the same ingredients, dosages, and benefits as the original, plus a daily dose of muscle-building creatine. We have to give it up for the brand, too, as typically when you get a hybrid or spin-off, they shorten one feature to make way for the other. Multi Protein + Creatine doesn’t do any of that, giving you the same 32.8g protein blend, yielding 26g of protein, two billion CFUs of probiotics, and a solid 5g of creatine monohydrate.

The added creatine is reflected in the price of Ancient Nutrition’s new Multi Protein + Creatine, as the regular version costs $64.95 and the creatine-infused spin-off is just $5 more at $69.95. That’s not bad value at $5 for an added 5g of creatine monohydrate per serving, and it’s launching soon in Dark Chocolate and Vanilla Bean flavors.
