Growing Australian brand Golden Order puts a potent 475mg of caffeine in its flagship pre-workout

Golden Order Nutrition Medusa Pre Workout

Golden Order Nutrition is an eye-catching brand emerging out of Australia that has two supplements on the market at the moment, one being significantly more advanced than the other. The basic one of the two is Dreknar, a standalone creatine packing 100 servings of classic monohydrate with a daily 5g dose in each. The other item is the complex competitor in Medusa, a potent, hard-hitting stimulant pre-workout.

Medusa brings together several common pre-workout ingredients that Golden Order Nutrition has dosed at respectable amounts, supporting pumps and performance, but mostly, energy and focus. You can see the facts panel below, where there are just six components taking care of pumps and performance in 6g of citrulline malate, 3g of beta-alanine, a gram of taurine, 300mg of norvaline, 2g of betaine, and 750mg of agmatine.

Moving on down to the stimulants and nootropics, that’s where Golden Order Nutrition and its pre-workout Medusa stand out. For focus, you get a gram of tyrosine, 150mg of theobromine, 320mg of alpha-gpc, and 475mg of calming theanine. Driving the energy is English walnut at 275mg and an intense 475mg of straight caffeine anhydrous, no blend with Infinergy or anything like that, just pure caffeine.

There has been a trend of pre-workouts from brands in Australia stepping up the caffeine into potent dosages closer to what you get in some of the hardcore competitors here in the US. Medusa certainly represents that, going well beyond the more traditional 300 to 350mg range, ensuring it packs one hell of a punch. The brand is available through the retailer The Lipo Guy and in several great options, with a full-size tub of 25 servings at $79.95 (53.41 USD), a pack of three samples, and a single at $4.95 (3.31 USD).
