The legendary functional food company and genuinely standard-setting brand Grenade will be making its first appearance at the Stack3d Pavilion at this year’s Arnold Expo. The UK-based protein bar giant has built a dominant presence across Europe with its well-known, great-tasting high-protein bars, recognized for their layered textures and dessert-inspired flavors. The Arnold Expo marks the first time Grenade will exhibit in the curated Pavilion, and the honor is all ours.
We’ve been fans of the Grenade Protein Bar since it made its debut as the Carb Killa Protein Bar in its original Caramel Chaos flavor. Having the iconic innovator in the Stack3d Pavilion certainly raises the bar, no pun intended, and reinforces how much is jammed into that area at the 2026 edition of the Arnold Expo. Grenade recently started pushing its presence in North America, breaking into Costco warehouses with the deliciously on-point Oreo Grenade Protein Bar.
The Stack3d Pavilion is definitely unmissable for fans of health and nutrition products, and Grenade is a key piece to all of that. The Arnold Expo is kicking off in a couple of weeks in Columbus, Ohio, and is expected to exceed last year’s turnout of over 130,000 visitors.
