Kodiak pumps up the protein to 16g per serving in its no added sugar Power Waffles

Kodiak Power Waffles No Added Sugar

Frozen, protein-packed waffles are nothing new to the functional food brand Kodiak, as it has had them available for quite some time with its Power Waffles in a variety of flavors, plus its Thick and Fluffy Power Waffles. New to the brand’s extensive catalog this month is another frozen waffle product by way of Power Waffles with No Added Sugar, which are slightly smaller but higher in protein and with notably fewer calories.

Kodiak’s new Power Waffles with No Added Sugar come in an original Homestyle flavor, and in every serving of two waffles, you get 16g of protein thanks to added, high-quality wheat and whey isolate. That’s 33% more than the brand’s original Power Waffles, and again, the other macros are lower at 17g of carbohydrates, instead of 26g, half the sugar at 2g, none of it added, 9g of fat, and a 12% lower calorie count of 210.

While Kodiak’s Power Waffles, as well as its many other items, were already better-for-you with clean ingredients and extra protein, it has dug deeper into its approach with its latest extension to the Power Waffles family. We imagine the extra features do push up the price tag compared to the regular Power Waffles and its many flavors, and you’ll see it soon in the frozen section of your preferred Kodiak retailer shortly.
