Maximum Human Performance, more simply known as MHP, is a long-running supplement company, and it’s been affiliated with strongman, strength, and powerlifting for as long as we can remember. From its many different athletes to sponsorships and marketing content, MHP, strong lifts, and workouts have been consistently connected. With all of that said, it’s no surprise that the brand has come out with the high-powered pre-workout Strong AF.
The combination of ingredients MHP has brought together for its Strong AF pre-workout is an interesting one, certainly not your standard formula. It has a notable focus on strength and performance, which makes sense with the name, including a solid 5g of creatine monohydrate, 3.2g of beta-alanine, and the quality electrolyte source, Himalayan pink salt.

In addition to the strength supporters, MHP has packed a good amount of focus and energy ingredients in Strong AF with 600mg of alpha-gpc, 350mg of DMAE, and a hard-hitting 400mg of caffeine anhydrous. The supplement is still relatively comprehensive, with 6g of citrulline malate for muscle pumps, but the main focus is on strength, performance, and energy, with the standouts being a full 5g of creatine, 3.2g of beta-alanine, and 400mg of caffeine.
The regular price of MHP’s Strong AF pre-workout is $59.99, although currently, it is down to $41.99. That makes the brand’s latest innovation its most expensive competitor in the category, sitting above the longer available Hyper Crush and the hybrid pump and fat loss supporting Anadrox. Strong AF is distinctly different from the Hyper Crush, so it does give fans more variety, and it’s debuted in two flavors with Raspberry Lemonade and Sour Candy.
