Max Protein adds a millet-based protein bar featuring a crunchy wafer-style build

Ritebite Max Protein Millet Wafer

RiteBite is home to a whole bunch of protein snacks and unique functional foods, putting high protein into peanut butter, cookies, chips, granola, and the traditional protein bar. Starting this month, in addition to the Soft Bite snacks, the fruit, nut, and seed-based nutrition bars, and the Active, Daily, and the premium Ultimate, is the Max Protein Millet Wafer. It is a light and crispy wafer-style product that, true to its name, is made with ancient grains.

Ensuring it delivers on the name, RiteBite has used Jowar or sorghum flour alongside soy isolate and whey concentrate to give you a moderate 10g of protein in the crunchy, easy-to-eat treat. While the protein sits at 10g, which isn’t bad for a 40g functional food, the carbohydrates come in at 16g with under a gram of that sugar. The fat is a touch higher than the protein at 11g with the calorie count landing just under the 200 mark at 189.

Those numbers are based on the Coffee Mousse flavor of RiteBite’s newly released Max Protein Millet Wafer, with two other tastes available offering a similar nutrition balance with Strawberry Truffle and Choco Temptation. To make for a unique eating experience, the Millet Wafer comes in packets of two delicious sticks, combining for that 10g of protein, and fans can grab the innovation first at maxprotein.in starting at ₹71 (0.78 USD) each.
