Barebells shrinks its Soft Protein Bar down to 40g for Sainsbury’s in the United Kingdom

Barebells Smaller Soft Protein Bar

Barebells has a different variety of protein snacks and foods across the globe, with varying flavors filling out shelves in countries like Sweden, here in the US, Australia, and over in the United Kingdom. In some places, you can even find products and formats, especially in Sweden. Starting this month, Barebells in the UK has its softer and smoother Soft Protein Bar in a smaller snack-size, which has all of the same features and two original flavors.

The usual weight of the Barebells Soft Protein Bar is 55g, whereas the alternative the functional food leader just introduced in the United Kingdom, specifically at the major grocery retailer Sainsbury’s, is 28% lighter at 40g. The protein scales down to 12g per piece, around 13g of carbohydrates, less than 2g of sugar, 6g of fat, and in the area of 150 calories in two of the full-size flavors with Banana Dream and the decadent Caramel Choco.

Sainsbury’s is the place to go if you want to grab the smaller Barebells Soft Protein Bar, which makes sense with the number of locations and the convenience it has in the market. It is, of course, cheaper than the regular 55g product, sitting on shelves at £2.15 (2.86 USD) apiece.
