Bite & More has been an innovative functional food company right from the beginning, and with each and every release it’s had since its original gooey-filled protein pancake, it has included some sort of twist and turn. In the latest innovation from the European brand, we get a return to the familiar pancake format, although with a notable difference, where you get a large bag of ready-to-eat fluffy pancakes packed with protein.
Protein Pancakes is the straightforward name of the all-new Bite & More product, and inside the bag are eight moderately sized 21g pancakes, each providing 4g of protein, 7.5g of carbohydrates, only a third of that sugar, 2.5g of fat, and 69 calories. If you want the grand total, the macro amounts you would get if you consumed an entire pack, you’re looking at 32g of protein, as highlighted on the packaging, for a total of 552 calories.
The nutrition balance of Bite & More’s Protein Pancakes is about the same as the original Protein Pancake, which built its name and reputation with the delicious, flavorful fillings. While they’re smaller per piece, the protein-to-calorie ratio is on par, but with eight inside the bag, it’s more of a bulk bundle. You can have them one by one, or all for a massive muscle-building feast, with Protein Pancakes rolling out now to retailers.
