Feeling Ok doubles the menu of its low-carbohydrate high-protein pancake

Feeling Ok Berries Keto Pancake

The cleverly named Feeling Ok in Europe puts protein into all sorts of different shapes, sizes, and formats, including gooey cream-filled croissants that are low in carbohydrates and high in protein. Another one of its more unique offerings is Pancake Keto, something a few other brands around the world offer, although it’s certainly not common. It is a soft and fluffy pancake with a pocket that’s packed with a gooey filling, and now it has two more flavors to choose from.

Previously, there were only two options on the menu for Feeling Ok’s Pancake Keto in a traditional Choco Cream or simply chocolate, and the citrusy Lemon Cream. Doubling that menu this week is another fruity experience in Berries Cream, mixing raspberry, blackberry, and blueberry, and the sweet and smooth Coconut Cream. They have 10g of protein per piece, an incredibly impressive 4g of carbohydrates, practically zero sugar, 10g of fat, and 156 calories.

You can grab the new Berries Cream and Coconut Cream straight from Feeling Ok’s online store, and like many functional food companies in Europe, its direct prices are very reasonable, sitting at €2.90 (3.37 USD) each, with free shipping on orders over €80.
