Nano brings its tasty reputation to the bar format with a creamy filling

Nano Supps Protein Bar

Nano Supps in Europe is credited as the brand that popularized the soft, fluffy, and creamy-filled protein pancake concept, bringing it to market almost eight years ago in deliciously enjoyable flavors and 16g of protein per piece. It has come a very long way since then, introducing many more options for that innovative original, as well as other equally tasty foods and snacks infused with protein, most of them staying away from the bar format.

This month, the creative company has dropped another functional food, and it is in that traditional bar shape, with the simply named Nano Supps Protein Bar. The build looks relatively classic with a doughy main body and a solid outer with its smooth, creamy filling down the center, setting it apart. The brand has gone for a flavor-driven approach to the marketing of its latest edible offering, as you can see in the colorful, individual branding of each of the four flavors in Glazed Cinnamon Roll, Cookie Dough, Fudge Brownie, and Maple Syrup Pancake.

The protein sits at up to 16g per piece, a little more than that in carbohydrates, low sugar at less than 2g, and just over 200 calories. Build and nutrition-wise, there isn’t anything supremely different in the Nano Supps Protein Bar; it’s going to come down to how everything is tied together. With all of that said, everything we’ve ever tried from Nano has been on point, so while we can’t be sure until we try it, we expect the protein bar won’t disappoint.
