Something we’ve said many times here at Stack3d is just how creative and innovative companies can be in the functional food category. There is much more room to play with active ingredients and nutrition, as well as the various shapes, sizes, and formats they’re all delivered in. European brands are the best at showing how diverse one can be, with QNT offering a great example this month in its single-serving pots of Protein Noodles.
The newly released QNT Protein Noodles are convenient pots of noodles that are stacked with protein, far more than your traditional noodle pot. They are made with various wheat and flour as well as pea protein, to give you a solid 32g of protein per pot alongside 20g of carbohydrates, only 3g of that sugar, 2.6g of fat, and 223 calories. That protein-to-calorie ratio is better than the majority of protein bars out there, but this is no dense and doughy bar.
You prepare the Protein Noodles from QNT the same way you would any noodle pot with boiling water, give it a few minutes, then dive in, or you can throw it in the microwave. The brand promises realistic consistency and taste across its three flavors, Chicken and the spicy options, Spicy Curry and Spicy Kimchi. The pricing is not too bad either, where through QNT’s own website, you can get a box of 12 pots at €36 (41.56 USD), €3 each.
