SuperNutrio samples its convenient high-protein milk at this year’s Arnold Expo in the UK

Supernutrio Protein Milk

One of the few brands and products we’ve been introduced to at the Arnold Sports Festival in the UK this weekend is SuperNutrio, which is entirely dedicated to a single flagship innovation: protein-packed milk. There are two varieties available for the growing company’s signature item, with High Protein Semi-Skimmed Milk and High Protein Whole Milk, the former having about half as much fat as the latter.

Regardless of which SuperNutrio version you grab, High Protein Semi-Skimmed or Whole Milk, you get twice as much protein as standard milk at 17.5g in a 250ml serving, alongside 11.5g of carbohydrates, 4.3g or 9g of fat, and 159 or 203 calories. The product is made from just one simple ingredient in filtered cow’s milk, and we can confirm that it tastes just like light, regular skim milk despite having significantly more protein.

SuperNutrio’s flagship product is a great alternative to anyone who buys milk on a regular basis and is looking for an easy way to increase their daily protein intake. To make it accessible, the brand and its milk are available in many locations across the United Kingdom, including major grocery chains like Tesco, ASDA, Sainsbury’s, and Waitrose. It does have a premium price at £2.25 (3 USD) for a one-liter bottle, a little more than double the value of standard semi-skimmed and whole milk in that part of the world.
