Flow takes on the tried-and-true amino category with a traditional hybrid approach

Flow Bcaa Plus

It’s been a while since we’ve seen anything completely new from Zachary Levi’s sports nutrition brand, Flow Supplements, the last fresh innovation it brought to market was a couple of years ago in Clear Whey Protein, powered by superior ioWhey. The still gradually growing brand has now entered one of the more popular and long-running categories on the performance side in aminos, with its standard hybrid offering BCAA+.

Flow Supplements’ newly released BCAA+ doesn’t stray too far from what we typically see in this part of the market, with a solid dose of BCAAs, as you’d expect with its name, and electrolytes for hydration. On the amino acid side, you get a total of 7g of the three all-important BCAAs to maximize muscle recovery. Then, for hydration and performance, there is a gram of taurine and a combined 560mg of electrolytes.

As mentioned, BCAA+ has your traditional blend of amino acids and electrolytes, supporting hydration and recovery, all in a delicious fruit-flavored powder supplement for before, during, or after your workout, or really any time of day. The latest innovation from Flow Supplements is available immediately from its website at $39.99 for a tub of 30 servings in Lemon Freeze, Green Apple, and Forbidden Fruit flavors.
