I-Prevail adds creatine and bumps up the carbs for its intra-workout sequel Rehab V2

I Prevail Rehab V2

Intra-workouts are nowhere near as common as they used to be, but there are some reputable sports nutrition companies on the market that still make them, and they do a damn good job at packing everything into them. I-Prevail’s Rehab is a great example of that, and starting this month, it is slightly even more so with the sequel Rehab V2, which continues the same solid combination of key ingredients and dosages as the original.

Comparing the first Rehab and the newly released Rehab V2, there isn’t all that much difference. I-Prevail has bumped up the carbohydrates slightly for the premium intra-workout, keeping the 25g of Carb10, although adding dextrose to get you to 30g of carbs per serving. Then you have all of the amino acids, including 3g of glutamine and a gram of ornithine, 5g of 4:1:1 ratio BCAAs, and the six other EAAs for a total EAA count just under 7g.

The other notable addition to I-Prevail’s intra-workout sequel Rehab V2 is creatine, as you get a light single gram of classic creatine monohydrate. While that is far from the usual daily dose of 5g, it is enough to be countable and contribute. You can get the new and improved Rehab first, straight from the brand’s official online store at a currently discounted $62 for a tub of 20 servings in Summer Punch, Raspberry Lemonade, and Peach Mango flavors.
