Legion improves its complex creatine with the help of myHMB and VitaCherry

Legion Recharge 3

Legion has refreshed its complex creatine Recharge, a post-workout that is backed by a daily dosage of classic creatine monohydrate to support muscle strength, performance, and power. In Recharge, or at least the previous version, the reputable brand blended creatine with carnitine tartrate for muscle repair and reduced soreness, and corosolic acid for better amino absorption. The third iteration of the supplement has arrived, and it maintains that advanced creatine approach.

For what Legion is officially referring to as Recharge 3.0, you get that same daily hit of creatine monohydrate at 5g, but those two other components have been swapped around. Replacing the carnitine and corosolic acid is 2.5g of myHMB in an effort to reduce muscle loss and muscle damage. Filling the other half of the gap left behind is one of our favorite recovery agents in VitaCherry Sport tart cherry at a solid half a gram per serving to improve muscle soreness and recovery.

As mentioned, Legion’s new Recharge 3.0 is much like its predecessors, combining a traditional, effective dosage of creatine monohydrate with other like-minded ingredients, and in this case, it’s myHMB and VitaCherry Sport to really drive up the recovery and growth side of the supplement. Despite what we’d call an improved formula all around, the brand is not charging anything more for the product, keeping it at $44.99 for a tub of 30 servings with five fruity flavors to choose from.
