Years ago, the team at Transparent Labs launched a premium version of its flagship stimulant pre-workout, Bulk, with Beast Bulk. It was only available for a very short time, and it was well and truly a beast compared to the regular Bulk, loaded with ingredients for energy, focus, pumps, and performance. All these years later, five years to be exact, Transparent Labs has resurrected Beast Bulk and made a few tweaks and changes to the formula.
Transparent Labs has really kept the core of Beast Bulk pretty much the same, with an identical 4g of beta-alanine and 1.3g of taurine for performance, as well as a gram of tyrosine and 300mg of AlphaSize-branded alpha-gpc for focus and cognition. The company has switched things up a bit for muscle pumps, increasing the dose of citrulline malate by 33% to 8g per serving and adding premium Nitrosigine at its full and efficacious amount of 1.5g.
The stimulating side of Transparent Labs’ 2026 edition of the Beast Bulk pre-workout is similar as well, where you get a blend of theanine, theobromine, and a mildly lighter amount of caffeine at 200mg, down from about 240mg. The brand has also added one of our strength and performance favorites in Senactiv at 50mg, rounding out the supplement by bringing up the endurance department alongside the pumps to match the energy and focus.
In short, the returning Beast Bulk is better than the original, although most interesting, compared to the modern version of the regular Bulk pre-workout, it is identical except for the inclusion of Nitrosigine. Basically, every ingredient and dosage in Bulk is in Beast Bulk, with the Nitrosigine mildly pushing up the pumps. Rightfully, the pre-workouts are the same price at $49.99 for a tub of 30 servings, in a candy-themed Sour Gummy flavor.
