Lit AF is the more advanced and premium alternative to Beyond Raw’s original stimulant pre-workout Lit, featuring a broader spectrum of ingredients for energy, focus, pumps, and performance. In 2025, the GNC house brand decided to revamp the formula behind Lit, adding the likes of Cognizin for greater focus and Senactiv for powerhouse performance. Beyond Raw is now doing the same to its premium pre-workout Lit AF with Lit AF V2.
A lot of the key components from the original Lit AF have been carried over by Beyond Raw, including 3.2g of beta-alanine for performance and 50% more classic creatine monohydrate at 3g to support strength and power. As much as has been carried over, the brand has dropped several ingredients for Lit AF V2 as well, including no more the performance-powerer Peak ATP, pump-enhancing Nitrosigine, and the nootropic alpha-gpc.
While a lot has been dropped for Beyond Raw’s Lit AF V2, they are not without their replacements and other additions to deliver even greater levels of those supported effects. To power up muscle pumps there is now the citrulline and arginine blend Velox at 7g a serving alongside the concentrate HydroNOx citrulline HCl. Driving home the performance and endurance is Senactiv at 50mg, one of our go to workout stackables, for laser focus there is Cognizin at an efficacious 250mg, and the same 300mg of combined caffeine.
You can see the complete list of ingredients and dosages behind Lit AF V2 in the facts panel above, but overall it is a very similar balance of energy, focus, pumps, and performance as the original with probably greater muscle pumps and an uptick in focus and performance. There is a change in price as GNC still has the first Lit AF at $49.99 while the sequel is $54.99 for a tub of 20 servings and currently only in Gummy Work and Patriot Pop flavors.
