Fitly is an emerging health and nutrition company over in Europe, hailing all the way from the Ukraine, and it has started out with three separate products. Instead of diving into the industry with a pre-workout, amino cocktail, and protein powder, it has debuted with two functional foods and a meal replacement. It’s always refreshing to see newcomers, and Fitly is a great example of that with its colorful look and feel, intriguing selection, and alternative approach.
The three innovations Ukrainian brand Fitly has hit the ground running with include the only powder supplement, Diet Balance, a meal replacement with a 30/20/50 ratio, providing 15g of protein in a 50g serving, 20g of carbohydrates, and about 10g of fat. It’s clean and simple, and as for its functional foods, that’s where things get even more interesting. The young company has the Fitly Protein Bar, giving you 11g of protein in a decadent and dense 45g snack, and the Fitly Carbohydrate Bar, with a similar build but only 5g of protein and 16g of carbohydrates.
Basically, Fitly is a nutrition-focused brand that isn’t necessarily tying itself down to just protein, as you can see with its balanced meal replacement and bars that are either high in protein and moderate in carbohydrates or vice versa. You can get a closer look at Fitly and its Diet Balance, Protein Bar, and Carbohydrate Bar through its official website, where you can purchase anything at a consistent 650₴ (14.73 USD) for a 12-piece box or full-size tub.
