Yaoki puts six times the protein in its all-new flavored cream of rice

Yaoki Flavored Cream Of Rice

Going live tonight, local time, so in a few hours, is a new supplement from Yaoki in Japan that expands upon its original hit innovation, the clean, nutritious, and simple Instant Cream Of Rice. The product is a plain cream of rice powder, giving you a quick and reliable source of carbohydrates. The breakdown is as good as most supplements like this, with 31g of quality carbohydrates in a 40g serving, no sugar, 2.4g of protein, and 171 calories.

The newest supplement from Yaoki is flavored Cream Of Rice, again, launching tonight in Japan, and there are going to be two options on the menu in Matcha Green Tea and a rich, more dessert-style Chocolate. In a surprising twist of functionality, the brand has also confirmed that the new Cream Of Rice flavors have an added source of protein that bumps the nutrition profile way up from 2.4g to a respectable 15g in its 40g serving.

Yaoki’s Matcha and Chocolate Cream Of Rice are indeed actual flavors from the Japanese brand, proudly made in its home country, but they’re also now a wholesome and nutritious meal replacement that provides protein as well as carbohydrates. The essentially whole new supplement will be available in resealable bags and will, of course, cost more than the regular Cream Of Rice, especially with the extra protein thrown in.
