Barebells has a habit of bringing back fan-favorite flavors, and a great example of that would be its Cinnamon Bun Soft Protein Bar. Originally launched for Sweden’s National Cinnamon Bun Day, the product delivers a soft bun-flavored center with a creamy cinnamon swirl and a coating of white chocolate. Despite proving incredibly popular, the flavor has remained rather elusive, not being available in many markets, primarily just in Sweden.
The delicious protein bar is making yet another return, although this time with a fresh look and a unique partnership. Barebells has teamed up with the Swedish Football Association, SVFF, temporarily rebranding Cinnamon Bun as Kanelbulle, the Swedish name for the iconic pastry that inspired the flavor. The special edition comes dressed in Sweden’s blue and yellow colors as the country prepares for the FIFA World Cup, which is almost here.
