Kentai in Japan has taken time to reworked its long-running meal replacement aptly named MRP Pro, to make an even more complete, comprehensive, and nutritious supplement good enough to take the place of an actual meal. Just like the previous version, there are a host of vitamins and minerals in the formula to support daily health and wellness, as well as several performance and recovery components in addition to the nutrition.
The 2026 edition of Kentai’s MRP Pro mostly changes things up with the macros, where there is a pinch more protein at 41g, up from 40g, from a quality blend of whey and casein. The carbohydrates have been brought up by a much more substantial amount from 11 to 17g, a low 3g of fat, and 257 calories. Again, there are a few added ingredients on top of all of that in 3g of glutamine, 33% more arginine, and almost double the creatine at 3.4g.
Kentai’s MRP Pro meal replacement is basically back and better than before, raising several critical areas in carbohydrates, arginine, creatine, and a touch more protein. Like many competitors in the category, the Japanese brand puts every serving of MRP Pro into single-serving sachets, and that style has remained for the “renewal” as it is promoted, with one flavor available at least for the time being, in a rich chocolate taste called Cocoa.
