Legit goes with a more budget-friendly blend-style formula for its second protein powder

From Stack3d
Legit Whey Protein Blend

Until this week, the Australian powerhouse Legit had only one protein powder on the market in its long-running Whey Protein Isolate. As per the name, the supplement relies entirely on high-end, fast-absorbing, and lean whey isolate for a reliable 25g of protein per serving. Being an isolate-based product, the rest of the nutrition profile is nice and light at around a gram each of carbohydrates and fat, and just over 110 calories.

There is now a second entry in the competitive protein powder category from Legit, introducing Whey Protein, also referred to as Whey Protein Blend by the brand. The difference with this one is that instead of featuring only whey isolate, you get a combination of whey isolate and concentrate. The nutrition profile is not as lean as Whey Protein Isolate, but not far off, sitting at 23g of protein per serving, 3g of carbohydrates, and no fat.

Another benefit of blend-style protein powders, like Legit Whey Protein, is that they are more cost-effective, meaning if you want something more budget-friendly or cheaper to put more money into another type of supplement, this has you covered. As straightforward as the formula is, so are the flavors, in Chocolate Milkshake and Vanilla Milkshake, both now available in Australia in a standard 30-serving bag.
